SISPEK · KLHK

Continuous Emission Monitoring,
SISPEK-ready out of the box.

A turnkey CEMS for every stack on your site, installation, calibration, and direct KLHK submission. Your operators see what the regulator sees, in the same minute.

Under PermenLHK No. 13/2021, every industrial stack must report sub-hourly emission data to KLHK through SISPEK, or face penalties up to criminal prosecution. Yet most Indonesian factories still rely on quarterly manual sampling and spreadsheet uploads.

  • Sampling gaps Quarterly manual readings miss 99.9% of operational variance. What happens between samples stays invisible.
  • Regulatory risk SISPEK requires sub-hourly data. Manual submissions are flagged automatically by the KLHK system.
  • Lost leverage Operators can't optimise combustion or detect equipment drift in real time. You're flying blind between quarterly checks.

"The regulator sees a monthly summary. Your operators should see every minute."

SISPEK (Sistem Informasi Pemantauan Emisi Industri secara Kontinu) is the Indonesian government's continuous emission reporting framework. Every stack that falls under PermenLHK No. 13/2021 must stream sub-hourly readings to KLHK, gas concentrations, opacity, flow, temperature, oxygen, all tied to a registered identity.

MUSA's CEMS program handles the full chain. We size the analyser package against your fuel mix and combustion profile, install in-stack and extractive systems with a shelter, run RATA/CGA calibration, and connect the certified data feed to SISPEK. From day one your operators have the same view as the auditor, minus the lag.

The same telemetry feeds MUSA View, so emission performance sits next to throughput, energy and process variables. The annual environmental report writes itself.

What we measure

Every parameter the regulator demands.

SO₂

Sulfur dioxide, primary indicator of fuel sulfur content and scrubber performance.

NOₓ

Nitrogen oxides, combustion temperature indicator; regulated under most kmenlhk.

Particulate Matter

PM mass concentration, in-stack or extractive, for all fuel types.

Flow velocity

Stack gas velocity, required alongside concentration for mass emission rate.

O₂ reference

Oxygen reference, normalises all concentrations to standard conditions.

Temperature

Stack gas temperature, required for volumetric correction and compliance.

Opacity

Visible smoke opacity, transmitted light measurement per US EPA Method 9 equivalent.

CO / CO₂

Carbon monoxide and dioxide, combustion efficiency indicators; CO₂ for carbon reporting.

Benefits

Compliance is the floor, operational insight is the point.

SISPEK submission, fully automated

Direct feed to KLHK. No spreadsheets, no manual upload, no missed windows.

Sub-hourly visibility

1-minute granularity for operators, regulator-cadence rollups for KLHK.

Audit-ready archives

Every raw reading retained ≥ 5 years with calibration metadata attached.

Pre-exceedance alerts

Be warned in minutes, not after the regulator's monthly review.

Maintenance-aware

Analyser drift, blower faults and probe blockages flagged before they invalidate data.

Multi-stack, one console

A kawasan operator can supervise every tenant stack from a single MUSA View tenant.

Live stack dashboard in MUSA View

Every stack rendered as a card: emission concentration vs limit, trend, last calibration, last submission, and a 24-hour timeseries. Drill into any reading for the raw analyser frame and the conditioning state at that moment.

  • Limit-aware colour scale (Good / Warn / Exceed)
  • Shift-handover snapshot export
  • Comparable across stacks, plants or tenants

Calibration management. RATA & CGA

Relative Accuracy Test Audit (RATA) and Calibration Gas Audit (CGA) workflows built into the platform. Schedule audits, track gas certificates, and maintain the QAL2 chain of custody, all from the same console as your daily operations.

  • RATA workflow with parallel reference method logging
  • QAL3 drift-check scheduling and alerts
  • Full chain of custody for all calibration records

Regulatory context

Why SISPEK is non-negotiable.

PermenLHK 13/2021

Continuous Emission Monitoring is mandatory for all industrial stacks above the throughput threshold. Non-compliance carries administrative sanctions and potential criminal liability.

KAN-accredited calibration

External calibration must be performed by a KAN-accredited laboratory. Our workflow schedules and tracks these audits automatically.

3-year data retention

All CEMS data must be retained for a minimum of 3 years with full calibration metadata. MUSA archives ≥ 5 years by default.

SK 1638 O&P standard

10-point operations &: maintenance checklist, responsible party, QA/QC docs, spare parts stock, internal audit, and more. We help you meet every item.
